Firehose Chat is a product developed by Mysterious Trousers that enables our customers to have a live, real-time chat with any visitor on their website. I was responsible for developing the chat widget that gets installed on our customer’s websites, as well as maintaining an Ember.js web application that allows our customers to chat their visitors through a web browser.
